Maxcel^® SAP (Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate) is white or off-white crystalline powder. As a vitamin C derivative, it has all the functional effects of Vitamin C. It overcomes the shortcomings that vitamin C is easily oxidizable due to light, heat and metal ions.
