Maxcel^® DHA (Dihydroxyacetone) is produced by the fermentation and bio enzyme conversion in compliance with GMP rules. It has a sweet and fruity odor, hygroscopic and easily decomposable, melting point 75-80℃, solubility＞250g/L (20℃), stable at pH 6.0
