Maxcel® MAP (Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate) is white to yellowish powder. It is odorless, tasteless. It is hygroscopic, soluble in water, easily soluble in dilute acid, and insoluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, chloroform or ether. It is stable in the light, heat and the air.
